BPE as we know is stonking rich in rare minerals so closing the boarders is important to keep the Bunnies and the planet safe.

htf: I wanted to imply that this is standard procedure. Also this addresses a complain I got during a previous chapter about the "Anti-predator net", that it was problematic against the environment/native wildlife/local ecosphere, essentially not only saying Avali do that every time but that they even have a reasoning for it.
